If you have ADHD -: Primarily Inattentive Type & comorbid anxiety &/or depression, you need multimodal treatment for optimal management. Add Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy & environmental manipulations at work & home, including ADA accommodations. See CHADD.org. Strattera (atomoxetine) has a serotonin effect. Use caution when adding SSRI's. Discuss med management with your psychiatrist & seek referral to a psychologist.
