I estimate i'm around 8 to 9 weeks along now (i have not had my first ultrasound yet). all of my pregnancy symptoms have gone away. is this normal?

Needs evaluation..: Losing all your pregnancy symptoms it is suspicious so I would suggest you get seen by your OB provider for exam and testing and make sure everything is going the way it should be. No way to tell without a a test.
