Should you lay in bed with clothes on that you wore outside?

Bed clothes: There is no guideline. Outside clothes are dirtier. You may be less comfortable. But the choice is free.

If you want to: As long as you were not playing in poison ivy or some other area that would possibly cause a transmissible illness to transfer to your bed from the clothes, that later, when you are not wearing clothes, could adversely affect you. People lay on their beds all the time while wearing their clothes with no ill effects. Best wishes.

Certainly better: than sleeping on the street or floor- it will not cause you any issues.

You can: But if your clothes are dirty - you will now have contaminated your sheets which you will likely lie on for a while longer.

Probably not: your outside clothes have been exposed to a lot of toxins, bacteria etc and if they are all the bedding you are exposed to them even longer. It may not make any difference but probably smart to change clothes to prevent any unnecessary exposure
