Probably ok: If you are taking the pill every day and only missed one pill, you are still safe.

Probably not: Did you take the pill as soon as you realized you missed it? If so and you took it the same day before the next dose and didn't miss any doses, you should still be protected from pregnancy. No birth control method is 100%, so if you have doubts after your placebo week, and you have no menstrual bleeding, use a home pregnancy test to be on the safe side. Best wishes!
