Probably not: pregnant. The criteria for pregnancy would be missed cycles, early morning nausea/vomiting,breast welling and tenderness, with weight gain. Montgomery's follicle are a late finding in pregnancy. Please see your GYN for a breast examination and a blood (HCG) pregnancy test.
