What should i cut down in order to get rid of anal itching?

Not sure: Really should have a medical evaluation to determine that there is not medically treatable cause of your itching. Several medical conditions can cause it. Also want to think about any new environmental changes, (ie new soaps, underwear, new toilet paper, etc) that might be a cause. Also keeping food and bowel diary to see if there is a link between symptoms and what you eat. Hope this helps.
