Paget's disease: It is usually seen in patients after age 50, it can run in families. Certain viruses are implicated in pathogenesis. Symptoms can vary from patient to patient but are usually bone related, some x-rays and bone scan and labs can confirm diagnosis. Treatments like bisphosponates or calcitonin can slow down disease pace.
