Syphilis: Secondary and tertiary syphilis causes many symptoms but generally the appearance of urine Isn't grossly abnormal. Have a urinalysis with a microscopic analysis if you have any concerns about the appearance of your urine and discuss all your concerns with your physician.

Not sure: what particular feature of syphilis would show in urine. Generally that is not a sign of it. Generally in syphillis the urine is not affected. Could be an indicatio for simple testing for it, however.
