My 4 month old started cereal friday night. tonight when giving her a bath i noticed a rash. iam not sure if its the lotion or cereal. ?

Either or: Smell the baby's lotion. Does it have any color? Does it smell like anything? If the answer to either of these questions is yes, then it is probably the lotion. If the baby's on rice cereal it is less likely to cause an allergy than the lotion. Unscented products with no color are best for baby!

Not cereal.: if food would cause allergy reaction, it's generalized, not possible "A" rash. lotion? maybe. But it would appear on all the areas that use lotion.
