See your GYN: With all of your symptoms, you need to be evaluated by your GYN.

Time for medical: evaluation. Is the anemia being treated (and responding to treatment)? Marked emotional upset can also affect regularity of menses. What kind of help are you receiving for your anxiety and depression? We are spiritual, emotional and physical beings. What impacts one issue - may impact all. Take care.

Have an exam: This is a good time to have a full exam to discover how to take care of yourself. Anemia is good to resolve and to understand the roots of. Anxiety and depression are also good to resolve and understand - A psych eval can lead to CBT therapy for skills on handling life successfully and can give years of value. Best!

Irregular periods: anxiety and depression may all be related to hormonal imbalance and anemia may be related to excessive menstrual bleeding. Seeing an OB will be the first evaluation she may work you up. She may consider an antidepressant if indicated
