Elevated transaminas: could be due to intrinsic liver diseases like hepatitis A,B,C, or due to alcohol or cholestatic picture like Gall bladder disease or common bilary obstruction or pancrease (pancrelipase) diseases. Knowing the liver enzyme levels will help narrow down the differentials
