It should absorb: By 4 hours after you took it, a lot of the pill would have passed from your stomach into your intestines. I would not take another one in the same day. However if your vomiting continues, please go to the doctor to get checked out. Feel better!

No: 4 hrs is probably enough time to have absorbed the medicine. You should be safe.

4 hours is enough: Four hours is enough for it to absorb. Also you probably are not going to be having sex for the next few days while you are sick with the flu
