Meds -Ireland: I don't have an international drug interaction checker. But - Centrax = Prazepam which is a benzodiazapine. Seroquel (quetiapine) is an atypical antipsychotic. Both can be significantly sedating. So in theory - would be concerned about V'ed cognition, sedation, slowed reaction times if on both together. However if taking them at bedtime - those type of issues aren't likely to pose a problem.
