None: There is no proven benefit to fish oil for withdrawal from citalopram. Symptoms of withdrawal from an SSRI like citalopram can include headache, flu-like symptoms and increased depression. These symptoms can be moderated somewhat by tapering the citalopram slowly. Patients experiencing withdrawal symptoms are advised to contact their physician as soon as possible.
