A member asked:

My fianc' has been having wet dreams frequently for about a month now. what causes this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Very common: They are called "nocturnal emissions" and they decrease with age. They happen to a large percentage of men. It doesn't mean anything in particular; it is a normal physiologic event that is often related to the content of the dreams that may be sexual in nature. It has nothing to do with you or with him or your relationship.
