Yes: A medication containing doxylamine succinate (an antihistamine) in combination with pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) is effective for morning sickness. It was previously available under the name Bendectin in the U.S., and has been available as Diclectin in Canada. It is now available again in the U.S. under the name Diclegis. There is no evidence this medication is harmful to a fetus.
