Unrelated: Irregular menstrual bleeding is not a side effect of Paxil (paroxetine) so this would be unrelated. If this episode of irregular bleeding is new for you then it is likely to resolve on its own. If it continues then there are many options for menstrual cycle regulation. I suspect the stress that triggered your need for Paxil (paroxetine) in the first place is causing the menstrual cycle disruption

No: This is not a usual side effect. I believe the vaginal bleeding is due to something else and I can't say whether or not it will go away without knowing what is causing it. See your doctor and discuss this.
