Virus, food: May be caused by a virus infection, or recent food poisoning. Stay well hydrated, and see your doctor if you are having fever, bloody stools, or prolonged vomiting. Many other causes, such as inflammatory bowel disease, colitis, etc. are possible, but would only be suspected if you've had these symptoms for weeks or more.
