Sexual response: Part of the sexual response is for your uterus to move farther down into the so that the cervix, which is part of the uterus, is more accessible to the sperm that is released from the male. The uterus undergoes rhythmic contractions during the sexual response which includes the cervix. Thus the cervix is harder and easier to feel.

Possible and it : Could cause a problem to the vagina and vulva depending on what you are doing, most people should be able to enjoy sex without it being rough, if you cannot, i suggest seeing a sex therapist.

Cease self exam: I think you need someone to directly visualize that area and potentially take a biopsy of one of those painful bumps. In the mean time I would avoid any more touching of that area and definitely avoid sexual contacts until you figure out what's going on.

Unchanged: I'm quessing that you mean tilted cervix and are trying to conceive. You can still conceive in any position and do not need to use any particular position.
