See Derm: In your line of work you come in contact with a lot of people and chemicals. You may have a flea/ tick/ louse infestation that you picked up from a customer or a reaction to the products you are using. Might also be from something entirely different, llke scabies or a seasonal variation of eczema. Go to your Dermatologist, a quick skin analysis should yield an answer .
