Stretch mark removal: Carboxytherapy causes the formation of new collagen which subsequently thickens the skin to improve the appearance of the stretch marks by rebuilding the collagen matrix. Other treatment options include laser resurfacing or surgical excision. For stretch marks in the lower abdomen following pregnancy, a tummy tuck will remove the skin containing these stretch marks.

Nothing but surgery: There is no topical solution or miracle for removing stretch marks. At best you may get laser if they are pink, to fade them. If they are in the lower part of abdomon, a tummy tuck will remove them. If they are over the breasts, arms or thighs, they will stay there.
