Multiple periods: If your most recent period seemed to be typical in duration and quantity, then you may calculate that as your most recent period, but it's difficult to say for sure without more information, as well as seeing what happens with future periods. If your most recent vaginal bleeding was very light, then the first occurrence may have been your true period, and you may wish to evaluate for pregnancy.
