Not sure: Unsure what you mean by excess pill? Pills come in pack,one for each day and then perhaps one week off or one pill each day, every day. Did you miss a pill or two and try to catch up? Did you take extra pills for some reason? Can you please repost so I can try and answer your question. Sorry. Dr R
