Observation: It is common for the nature of a woman's period to change with time. You may just be experiencing that normal variation in your cycle. What you describe is very common and is normal.

Reassuring: Unlikely you are pregnant given you had a period. sometimes periods can fluctuate due to hormone changes. See your doctor if there is more concern. Feel good.

Very common: periods can vary in terms of length of time you bleed, onset of bleeding, how much you bleed. VERY few women have same onset, length and amount every cycle. Not to worry at this point. Many, many factors affect your periods. Wait until next period. If not normal for you then please see your gyn provider for evaluation and discussion. Hope this helps. Best of luck. Dr R
