Not really: You can maximize skin health by eating a well balanced diet rich in all the vitamins/minerals you need, avoiding nicotine/ilicit substances, limiting alcohol, getting enough sleep, drinking at least 64oz water/day.None of this, however, changes the fact that UV from sunlight (or UV tanning salons) damages the skin, prematurely aging it &increasing skin cancer risk. Sunscreen >=SPF15 is important.
