A member asked:

Are leukemia, psoriasis and eczema medically related? if yes, how so?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Superficially: All involve white blood cells and have the letter "a" in their names. That's about all they have in common. A cancer, an illness that's probably autoimmune and exacerbated by some environmental factor, and a nonspecific reaction by injured epidermis.
