Semen in vagina: Is required for women to get pregnant. You would have removed sperm from your hands when you washed them. You then presumably wiped yourself with toilet paper so there was no chance for sperm to enter your vagina & thus there is no chance of getting pregnant from what you described. Your partner should always wear a condom should you decide to have sex with penile penetration.
