Blood when i wipe but not reaching the pad. when i wipe deep with tissue i see old brown blood. not on period/ pregnant. can't be my birth control.

Old blood: Yes, you are correct, this is old menstrual/vaginal blood. If this is a heavy discharge, please consult your GYN.

Normal variant: If you have the pad on, it suggests you are expecting your period. If you are saying that your regular periods have not commenced but you see blood only on wiping, then you may be experiencing some delay on their onset which can be due to multiple factors. Giv e it a few more days, and repeat UPT as needed. See your GP if you have additional concerns.
