Ovulation: It sounds like you have some issues with not ovulating, especially if the symptoms are in both breasts. The bleeding may be breakthrough bleeding and not a period. You probably need some provera (medroxyprogesterone) and a work up by a gynecologist including a blood pregnancy test. Some women always have a false negative urine pregnancy test.
