Delicate Cervix: During pregnancy, the cervix bleeds very easily and you have an increased discharge. When the cervix bleeds a little, the discharge turns pink. Its common and usually not serious. If you begin cramping, notice more bleeding or starting having contractions, this might indicate something more serious and you need to go to the hospital for evaluation in the Labor and Delivery unit.
