Not aware of any: studies that suggest that G6PD deficiency offers any immunity to Ebola. My concern would be that these people could be at risk of reactions to treatment venues that might be provided if they are infected with Ebola.

Favism and ebola: G^PD deficiency has been associated with Significant Protection Against Severe, Life-threatening Malaria which is caused by protozoan parasite Plasmodium but there is no evidence to suggest any protection against Ebola which is caused by a virus. You must exercise extreme caution with in the company of suspected Ebola infection.
