Usually minor issue: Have not seen profound headache issues with Gralise usually, but if does occur, should fade over 7-10 days, and if persistent, assuming Gralise is useful, could break up headache pattern with simple OTC preps, such as riboflavin, butterbur, feverfew, or Co-Q10.
