Abnormal pregnancy?: With a LMP on 22 August, you should be about eight to nine weeks pregnant, and if the baby is growing normally, should be recognizable on ultrasound exam, and not "a ball". Ask your obstetric provider to explain and show you the ultrasound pictures to explain the impression of abnormality. You should be in the third month at this point.
