Wrinkles: You will age prematurely. Your skin will most likely age 10-15 years ahead of your friends of the same age. I would suggest that you are at a much higher risk for significant cardiovascular and pulmonary disease as well as several forms of cancer that will shorten your life or dramatically diminish your quality and enjoyment of life if you continue to smoke.
