Possible: I'm guessing that you mean Oct. 15-22 and day 12 of your cycle, Oct. 22, is in your most fertile time period so there is definitely the possibility of pregnancy. The possibility exists anytime you have sex without contraception. If you are not ready for a baby, get in and get started on contraception and use condoms to decrease the risk of STDs. Be safe.

Could be...: Pregnancy is caused by sex-leading to sperm meeting up with egg and implanting SO IF you had sex during the time that you ovulated then you MAY get pregnant. It is pretty basic biology. One thing, you can't exactly predict ovulation and without more info about your cycle lengths I certainly can't predict if you were LIKELY (not certain) to have ovulated. Time will tell-take test if missed period.
