Many things: It could be a urinary tract infection, though usually your labia aren't sore. But it could also represent a sexually transmitted disease, though I'm not sure what your risk factors for this are. There are also other forms of urethritis/vulvitis that could give you the reported symptoms. You should seek an inperson evaluation to be more accurately diagnosed and treated. Good luck.
