Mastodynia: Most women have experienced sore nipples at some time or another. They can be triggered by many causes, including friction, hormonal imbalances, inflammatory disorders, environmental factors, allergies, skin conditions, infections, itching, sensitivity, sexual activity, pregnancy, breast feeding. Take a pregnancy test to rule that out. If negative, discuss with your doctor. Are you on BC pills?
