Probably: An ultrasound is accurate to within 3 or 4 days before 8 weeks of gestation. If the gestational age doesn't agree with your LMP at this point - the ultrasound is more likely to be correct than you LMP for dating the pregnancy and the due date should be adjusted to correlate with the ultrasound dating.

? Viability: Need to confirm viability, with spotting and scan date discrepancy. Would check baseline HCG titre and Progesterone level and repeat HCG after 48 hours. If HCG increases at least 60%, rescan in 7-10 days.
