In the meantime frequent small amounts of clear fluid (water, electrolyte replacement for babies),15 milliliters every 30 minutes. Don't worry about eating right now. Just clear fluids, no milk, just clear fluids. If your baby isn't producing 5 wet diapers in the day then off to the emergency room you go.
