Here are some ...: Without a direct look at glans penis, It's hard to offer an accurate Dx for effective Rx. But, clinically, long tight foreskin is still the most common underlying culprit leading to fungal / bacterial infection, which may be temporarily treated with applying topical antigungal - steroid cream 1-2 times lightly daily after gentle cleansing for 3-4 days & see. If not getting better, see Doc timely.
