Not recommended: You have several uncontrolled risk factors for recurrent cardiovascular disease. Your fatigue is most likely due to that. Do not add to the mix by consuming beverages that could potentially increase your pulse and blood pressure, not to mention blood sugar. See your doctor for recommendations to bring these under better control. You will live healthier and have more energy.

Please don't: Your energy level should improve by treating the root of your problem, which is likely uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension. Energy drinks are likely only going to make you feel worse. Please see your doctor for proper treatment!
