Could be: Your husband most likely has a feeling of "Palpitations". It could be due to heart running fast and/or irregularly - secondary to the rhythm being abnormal or extra beats. If it is a constant problem then, yeah an EKG will be needed as soon as you can get it done. Also this it will be important to find out why exactly is he getting these symptoms - the cause driving this.
