It is possible, yes.: I would want to know what was the origin of the fluid? Is it infection/abscess? If so you will need antibiotics at a minimum with guided placement of a drain, or better yet surgical removal of the affected tube. If it is not an abscess, but still causing you pain, it's likely that surgical or interventional treatment is still indicated. Call your doc to discuss the plan.
