Difficult to say: There are too many possibilities. You may have had more vigorous sex than usual, he may have bumped your cervix, you may be nearing your menses, you may be stressed, you may have a stomach virus. All sorts of things could cause abdominal pain. If it persists or you have other symptoms (vomiting, fever, abnormal vaginal bleeding), see a doctor.
