Pyuria?: Could this be pus? There are a few things that are not sexually transmitted disease that can cause white d/c. It would be worthwhile to see your doc to get this evaluated and consider performing a urinalysis.

Get checked: If you haven't been tested for STD's it would be a good idea to do so. If you both have been tested negative and both of you are for certain monogamous then you should also see a doctor to look into other conditions that can present like this.
