Likely not serious: You may have had irritation or a mild allergic reaction to the underwear that caused inflammation causing that. But it's best to have a doctor look at it to make sure it's nothing else -- rash diagnoses really depend on what it looks like. You could watch and see what happens it may go away on its own. If liquid keeps draining and it gets red you may have an abscess that needs to be drained.
