N=Nucleated: Nucleated Red Blood Cells are immature forms of red blood cells. Before RBCs are released from the marrow their nucleus is removed. If NRBC are seen in the peripheral blood it is an indication that they might be released from the marrow early. 1 is normal, generally if lots are seen it will report this. I would not worry.
