My period is 8 days late, on days 3 of it being late i did a home test and it was negative. i keep feeling like it's coming but doesn't. could i b pre?

Less likely: Home pregnancy tests are usually accurate anytime after you miss your period. Exceptions are pregnancies that are not doing well and don't produce enough pregnancy hormone to turn the home test positive such as an ectopic pregnancy. This is not a common situation. Usually there are other symptoms such as pain and bleeding. It is unlikely but not impossible that you are pregnant. Repeat test.
