Sounds promising: The size of your eggs and pain may indicate you are ovulating. Sounds to me like its a good time to "try" to get pregnant. Be sure to follow your doc's instructions about this, though. He knows a lot more about your case than I do. Keep in mind that even if everything is perfect, and you ovulate, your chance of pregnancy is not 100%. Best wishes!
