Vaginitis: Sounds like you have vaginitis more than a UTI. You can use vagisil until you see your physician. This could also be due to a lack of estrogen due to being perimenopausal or menopausal (atrophic vaginitis). It might be time to see a GYN for evaluation. For urinary pain try over the counter AZO until seen.
